Experiencing low back pain? These few tips may help decrease your Low back pain symptoms.

  • Pay attention to your posture. Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  • Chose a chair which has good back support and which allows you to rest both feet flat on the floor while keeping your knees level with your hips.
  • Minimise repetitive work and give rest to your back muscles.
  • Use proper lifting techniques which involve holding weight close to your body and avoid bending your back.
  • Use lifting device if the weight is too heavy.
  • Exercise regularly and eat healthy diet.
  • Contact your Physiotherapist or Doctor if the back pain increases.
